Karin Norman has been with MyGeneration since our inception and serves as the Chairman of the charity.  She has worked in investment banking in London and New York.  She was a Non Exec Director of the NHS Pensions Agency and is currently a NED for the Chelsea and Westminster NHS Foundation Trust Hospital, a Pensions Trustee for the Nursing and Midwifery Council, and an Audit Committee member of the Parkinson’s Disease Society of the UK.

 



Jon SummerillJon Summerill is currently the Chairman of Mission Media, a communications company.  He created Yellow Hammer, a creative led advertising agency specialising in Issues and Charity Marketing.  Some of his campaigns include: Anti Drugs, Anti Fur, Pro Whales and Seals, Anti Aids, Youth Job Start, , Cancer Research, Children’s Society and Greenpeace.



 

Kasim Kutay

Kasim Kutay is a Managing Director in the London office of Moelis & Company, an investment bank. Mr. Kutay has 20 years of investment banking experience. Prior to joining Moelis & Co, Mr Kutay was a Managing Director at SUN Group Advisors and Head of the Financial Solutions Group. Prior to joining SUN Group Advisors, Mr. Kutay spent 18 years at Morgan Stanley, where he was most recently Chairman of the European Healthcare Group. While at Morgan Stanley, Mr. Kutay managed a leading franchise advising healthcare companies on the full spectrum of corporate finance matters including mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings and other debt and equity financings.

Mr. Kutay sits on the Board of Governors of SOAS (School of Oriental and African Studies), the UK's leading university for the study of Asia and Africa. He is also a member of the Advisory Council of the London Middle East Institute and a member of the Board of Trustees of the Northwick Park Institute for Medical Research, the UK's leading independent medical research institute. He holds an M.Sc. and a B.Sc. in Economics from the London School of Economics.

 

 

Nigel EdwardsNigel Edwards is a practicing solicitor with 17 years’ experience of corporate law and finance.  He is a senior partner in the Corporate Department of Lewis Silkin LLP, where his work includes mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions and general corporate advice, principally within the media and communications industries.  He is a frequent writer and speaker on a range of corporate legal topics and non-executive director of a number of private companies.
